The pre-ensemble provides young guitarists between the ages of 8-12 the opportunity to play guitar together.   

 

In addition to the weekly rehearsals, the pre-ensemble meets once per year at Burg Sternberg with director Hans Irmer during the first weekend of the Easter Holiday. 

 

There are additional opportunites to work intensively during the first weekend of the autumn holidays at the Bielefelder Guitar Fesitval, a session which is lead by the famous conductor Helmut Oesterreich.
